Role Brief · For Lloyd John

Help me turn local businesses into conversations — through posts, reels, comments, and leads.

You're the front of the funnel. I close. Your job is to make people curious, get them to message us, and keep the pipeline warm. No sales calls. No tech support. Just creative output and steady research.

  • 4 services to promote
  • 2 channels (FB + Reddit)
  • 20 leads / week

The whole job, in one sentence

Make our services easier to understand, easier to ask about, and harder to scroll past — so that local clients message us first.

The content formula

Every post follows the same shape.

If a draft is missing one of these four, send it back and rebuild it.

01

Problem

Name the pain in Bisaya-English — the way people actually type it, not textbook Bisaya.

"Mabagal ba ang Wi-Fi sa imong café?"
02

Solution

Explain the service simply. Drop in English words naturally — no need to translate everything.

"Nag-configure mi og MikroTik para mas stable."
03

Proof / Demo

Show a sample, before/after, screenshot, or short video.

[15s reel]
04

Call to Action

Invite them to DM, ask for a sample, or check fit. Keep it casual and open.

"I-DM mi kung gusto ka'g sample."

Example Facebook posts

This is what a passing post looks like.

Modern Bisaya-English — how Cebuanos actually type. Not textbook, not pure English.

Voice rule

Write in Bisaya-English code-switch — drop English nouns and verbs in naturally. Not "dili ka mahanduraw," but "dili ka maka-imagine." Casual, punchy, how a Cebuano in their 20s–30s would actually caption a post.

Two channels, two voices

Facebook is direct. Reddit is helpful.

Don't post the same content on both. They reward different behavior.
